Clear geometry, tangible construction, no decorative detours. This particular piece comes from the first Vitra re edition of 2002 and has been restored. The veneered wooden top is painted black, making it appear more graphic, almost like a shadowed surface above the room. As a low coffee table, it holds books, ceramics, or simply emptiness.
