Phonak Roger X Zubehör Archiv which is meant to supportRoger X radio receiver for hearing aids! The radio receiver is connected to the hearing aid either directly or via a so called audio shoe and is paired once with the Roger transmitter used. The speaker's voice is now sent from the Roger radio transmitter directly to Roger X or to the hearing aid. The receivers also actively adjust the gain, depending on the ambient noise. This again significantly improves speech understanding in noise. The speaker's
