Nose: Aged leather, walnuts and chocolate covered raisins. Taste: A sweet initial taste, with hints of orange and chocolate. Later an endearing taste of burnt sugar. Finish: On the dry finish, strong tannins and even more dark cocoa beans escape. Allow the whiskey to breathe, or add a drop or two of water to best develop the flavor in the glass.
