Giribaldi Dolcetto d’Alba Calùpo DOP 2021 Land_Italien Welcome to an exquisite wineThe Giribaldi Dolcetto d'Alba Calpo comes from the "Schiena del Crottino" vineyard in Rodello, situated 460 meters above sea level. The vineyard covers 4. 85 hectares of hilly terrain with calcareous and rocky marl soil and a south southwest exposure. The vineyard is planted exclusively with Dolcetto grapes from Italian clones. The training system is Guyot, with 5,000 vines per hectare. The grapes undergo maceration for 9 days with several pump overs
