The design of white and green, hollow centered circles on a navy blue background is echoed by the half circular loops of print fabric used to trim the white piqu bib collar and the diagonal pockets. A narrow band of white piqu fabric encircles the high neckline, ending in a tiny bow at the back of the neck. The dress has cap sleeves and a
