Buckles in front, back, and behind the neck. Silver toned nickel plated hardware. Holes reinforced with grommets. Available in Sunset PVC (shown) or Blue PVC. Both colors are transparent. Sunset shifts warm over light colors, shifts blue over darker colors. Blue shifts cool over light colors, and warm over darker colors.
