This summery dress is white cotton lace over an under dress of white cotton. It has a scoop neck, draped short sleeves and an ankle length scalloped hemline. The waist is elastic. No label. It measures 36" around the bust, the waist is 22" to 26" and the length is 49". Excellent to very good condition (the waist elastic shows through as a faint yellow but could be
