60s Red White Blue Polka Dots Maxi Dress Tiered Skirt multi function Perfect to wear out andThis tiered skirt maxi dress from the late 1960s is an amazing combo of red, white, and blue polka dot and stripe fabrics! The fitted, square neck, sleeveless bodice is shaped by curved, vertical seaming, and has white rickrack trim around the neckline. More rickrack trims the hem of each skirt tier. The bodice buttons are white plastic, and decorative only; the dress actually fastens with a plastic zipper in back. Below the wide waistband, the first
