Pre tied bow tie has an adjustable buckle fastening. You have to poke the prongs of the buckle through the end of the strap. The end of the strap was torn off and I have stitched on an extension to replace it. You can easily cut this off it you find it unsuitable. Measurements Bow measures 11. 5 x 6 cm (4. 5 x 2. 3").
