Incredible 1920s Black Silk Fringed Flapper Dress hats The silk organza panel hasGorgeous, 1920s black silk flapper dress with (2) layers of silk fringe. Bodice has a scalloped neckline, an added modesty panel and velvet bow. The tail of the bow has been stitched across the neckline to act as a modesty panel. The additional modesty panel is velveteen with a blue edge at the neckline (now faded), likely added at a later time. Scalloped sleeves that turn into straight long sleeves; velvet caps capes to shoulders; (3) pairs of snaps
