Sleeves are 17" long from top of shoulder to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 17. Has peter pan collar with metal hook at throat, cuffed three quarter length dolman sleeves, half belt in front; fitted shape, metal back zipper and inseam pockets in skirt. Fabric is rayon tweed, substantial but not heavy. Label reads R & K
