Bascinet With Detachable Visor Statue giving this piece the lookCirca 14th Century Inspired by a 14th Century helmet, this updated 18 gauge steel bascinet has a rounded skull and a detachable front visor for protection of the face. Pins and chains at the side of the visor secure it in place. The visor can be removed completely and the helmet can be worn as a Barbut. The visor features a wide, rectangular slit for vision and has round cut outs on the lower half of the face for ventilation. A short ridge accents the
