1940s Cobalt Blue Necklace Dress by Syd Juniors embroidery Floral piece on bodice is1940s rayon crepe dress in a vibrant cobalt blue. Bodice is fitted with padded and shirred shoulder and a V neckline. There is an attached necklace that is afixed on one side snaps to close on the other. Waist is fitted and skirt is A line. Dress closes with a side metal zipper. Excellent condition with only very minor wear, a couple small faint marks (see photos). Crepe has some stretch, fits like an extra small.
