Brand is Weathervane, tagged size10, fits generous small to medium, these look fantastic worn oversized with high waisted jeans or skirts. Measures 25. 5" long, 20" across chest, 23" sleeve. One pulled thread in right sleeve not noticeable and a small mark at chest which is covered by the bow so not an issue.
