70's Edwardian Revival Handmade Dress 1970s skirt -Neck: 15 1/4(This vintage dress is VERY small, but it was just too good to pass up. Please see measurements below.) Extremely well made with beautiful details. This would probably best fit junior sizing if I had to guess, or an extremely petite individual. Black and white. Made of thick sturdy cotton with long sleeve pin stripe white top. Embellished with lace at sleeve cuffs and down front with accent buttons. The elbows have even been stitched for easy bend,
