The fabric is a cotton (or blend) floral in beige with red, white, blue and yellow wispy flowers. This sleeveless dress has a rounded boat neck with red piping at the edges. Bodice is fitted and armholes are snug (see measurements). Full, almost circle, skirt is gathered on at the waist and forms a tier at about hip level, trimmed in red piping. Skirt
