Circa 1990s. Lightweight pink silk satin fabric with a charming novelty print of an elegant 20s style lady walking her French poodle in black as pictured. Non adjustable flat self fabric spaghetti straps. The front and back neckline feature self fabric piping. The bottom hem features 3 1 2 inch finished slits at both side seams. Unlined. Slips on over the head
