Keep in mind that this hat sits on the back of the head rather than over the crown so this measurement will be slightly smaller than your normal hat size

1950s "Tiki" Label Sarong Halter Dress novelty_print I didn't note any obvious1950s polished cotton floral dress featuring smocked bodice with a sweeheart neckline and sarong style skirt. Bodice has halter ties and a back metal zipper. Skirt is not a wrap style but has a panel that goes over the front and drapes over one hip. Label is "Tiki" and was made in Hawaii. Bust: 28"~fits up to a 34" Waist: 22" unstretched, stretches to 24" or so. Form is 24. 5" and it fit snugly Hip: 36" Waist length not including straps: 10" Length
