Top has: high neck, short sleeves, ruffly trim at neck, cuffs, hem, skirt has: elastic waist, relatively straight cut. Design with orange triangles (somewhat resembling corn chips?) on top of thick burgundy line sewn at base of both (top and skirt). Skirt comes with petticoat due to sheerness of fabric.
