Handmade item so there are no tags. Feels possibly like a lightweight wool and it is lined. One size fits most. Unisex Approximate flat measurements Width 66" Length 33 1 2' Great vintage condition. Flaws some of the zig zag thread inside isn't even and has been done in brown and navy thread. Also some spots on the inside of the piece. Not seen when
