Five and Diamond Fringe Halter Top - cotton Plug A guide of soulsThis is a new version of our fringe halter with hand cut fringe that is much more fringe per inch. This fringe halter is super versatile, it can be worn as a halter top (as seen in the photos) or as shoulder epaulets. Pair it over a bandeau bra, crop top, pasties or nothing!
