It features a black background with printed floral motif, high collar and puff sleeves. Good condition, however hem needs finishing and missing half of hook & eye neck closure. Price reflects this. Measured laying flat pit to pit unstretched 22 inches, stretched 25 inches. Waist unstretched 22 inches, stretched 25 inches. Hips unstretched 25 inches. Modern size 1X.
