As soon as it opens, an exemplary fruit dominates the expressive and perfumed nose. Beautiful citrus, pear and Mirabelle flavors, complemented by a pleasant touch of minerality. Superb texture. Chalky and mineral mouthfeel, dominated by fresh citrus fruit. This is the richest of the winery's cuvees and can stand up to shellfish, snails, sausages, risotto. Winemaker's Notes
