Half of the wine was fermented and aged in inox tanks, while the other half was fermented and aged in oak barrels. Both lots saw battonage. Winemaker's Notes: Wine tasting: complex fruity (pear), floral (white flowers) nose, with a woody note (brioche). Elegant, balanced attack on the palate, which gives way to the fat, softness and fullness of the Chardonnay, and which ends with a long and powerful mineral
