Tierra Fundida El Adelanta Tacoronte-Acentejo - 2022 (750ml) 1985 supple finishA blend of Listn Negro, Negramoll and Castellana Negra (Tinta Cao) from the Finca el Adelantado vineyard, soils here are volcanic with a mix of clay loam at 480m elevation. All grape varieties are vinified separately, foot trodden and fermented whole cluster in concrete. Aged in a combination of 500L, 700L and 1,000L French oak barrels for five months, blended together and transferred to concrete for further maturation. 2,900 bottles produced. 92
