Each batch is a study in flavor, proof, and process. Batch 04 is our first to be rested in barrels from our own ecosystem casks that previously held Chapmans Apple Brandy. We make Chapmans in partnership with local biodynamic fruit farmer Ben Wenck of Three Springs Fruit Farm in Adams Co. PA. The
