The backstory behind this bottling is that Master Distiller Fred Noe uses a “barrel sweating” technique to coax out Bourbon that has soaked into barrels during aging

and it was matured for 14 months in 49% new oak

Nose: delicate aromas of cherry and coffee with subtly integrated toasted notes. Palate: Tasty and fruity, with a nice strength. Chocolate flavors are underlined by a hint of menthol, lying on silky tannins. The finish is long with assorted fruit flavors and a subtle touch of oak.
