Matassa 'Coume de l'Olla' VDF Blanc, 2024 carboniste wine rich fishesThis wine is a blend of Macabeu, Muscat d'Alexandria, and Muscat Petit Grain, from the biodynamic mastermind of the Roussillon, Tom Lubbe. It is the same blend as its bigger sister Cuve Marguerite, but as a single vineyard situated on clay, and lime soils instead of schist.
