Each kit includes 10 alcohol cleaning cards and 1 printhead cleaning pen. To clean the card path: open the printer lid and remove the ribbon. Initiate the cleaning cycle from the printer's controls. Insert the cleaning card when prompted, and it draws through automatically. Run it through twice for a thorough clean. To clean the printhead: with the ribbon
