Highly exposed, and in nutrient poor soils, this wine is concentrated with all the classic flavors of Pinot Noir, delicate wild cherry, leather, raspberry, earth, and a touch of floral notes. This wine will reward ageing and can be paired with lean cuts of beef, rich stews, grilled poultry, and fatty fish.
