Aromas and flavors of lemon zest, green apple, ripe pear and citrus are complemented by white flowers, brioche and toasted almond, leading to a fine, persistent mousse and a vibrant palate with exceptional freshness and a long, refined finish. Aged extensively on the lees for added depth
