Château de Villeneuve 'Les Cormiers' Saumur Blanc, 2021 new world wine and the fermented wine is100% Chenin Blanc planted on the classic clay and limestone soils of Saumur. It combines an enticing tropical fruitiness, a savory nuttiness, and sharp acidity and minerality. Its crisp and cutting, but long and flavorful. Flavor impact over weight on the palate. Pair this with roasted duck, over a corn and parsnip puree.
