Description
The Witch's Heart was a popular motif throughout the Georgian and early Victorian eras
whereby members of one species (housefly) gain benefits through interaction with another (humans) which is neither benefitted nor harmed (although I'll concede they can be very annoying at times)
with green leaves and yellow centres - the level of detail is superb
and the classic image of Christopher carrying Jesus across the river
Edwardian Sapphire & Diamond Curb-Link Bar Brooch portraits The Witch's Heart was aDATE: Edwardian, c. 1910 Cool antique curb link bar brooch (I know, weird right?) set with three vibrant blue sapphires and two old Euro diamonds. Was created like this to begin with, or has it been "converted" from a curb bracelet? There's no way of telling for sure, but I'd guess the former scenario is slightly more likely. It's crafted in 15 karat gold and dates from the early 20th century, circa 1900 10. STONES Two 0. 25ct Old European Cut
