18th Century "Three Doves" Diamond & Turquoise Ring charm as typically nuns were buriedDATE: Georgian, c. 1780 A breathtaking antique ring dating from the late 18th Century, circa 1780. The head is set with table cut diamonds, arranged around two birds (possibly collared doves) and a chick the latter sitting on top of a turquoise cabochon. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the subject very sweet I've never seen one like it! Modelled in 15 karat gold with silver settings and a rococo revival band. STONES Table cut diamonds Turquoise
