Calming Herbs Christmas but our favorite part isAt the start of the new year, I've been focused on my family's wellness and making lifestyle changes. Part of that has led me to learn more about essential oils and all their many therapeutic benefits! This drawing was inspired by these wonderful herbs, and these three, specifically, which are known for their calming properties.
