We first brewed Celebration in 1981

These sites are at a higher altitude and harvested later than other Frappato used for other bottlings

and hints of berry and pineapple as well as a counterpoint to it’s fermentation with wild yeast

New Park Brewing 'Passiflora' Barrel Aged Sour (750ml) ribeira sacra Robust and aromatic750ml Bottles Neutral French oak barrels containing mixed fermentation saison were selected based on tropical notes, acidity, tannin, and complexity. The resulting blend was conditioned on lots of the finest Hawaiian passionfruit we could find. A light dry hop of Citra adds herbal complexity and more tropical flavor. Bottles were conditioned for many months to produce natural carbonation. We are extremely pleased with how this batch came out! ABV: 6.
