The Caro brothers (Fernando, Manuel and Pepe) are third generation chocolate makers, learning the trade from their father and grandfather. Their irresistible and addictive chocolate covered orange delicacy starts with expertly candied orange slices. The candied slices are hand dipped in 56% dark chocolate made from 100% Forastero cacao grown on the Costa de Marfil in Ivory Coast.
