Add an extra 1 2 cup of water if you like your soup a little thinner. Mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. In another bowl whisk cheese powder with 2 1 2 cups of milk. Whisk into soup and heat through, but dont boil. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to hot soup, stirring until butter is combined and melted. This soup pairs well with Motown Soups Cheddar
